i lived there 2 years ago for 2 years and still have friends there. the maintenence was crummy...hard to get anyone there (thought i think alot of that was the lazy front office. I had my air condition brake for over a week, it was 100 degrees in my apt. and they told me that was NOT an emergency after they failed to fix it all week. I will tell ya if you want something done call the HOME OFFICE in NY as I did and someone was there within the hour!

also had alot of plumbing problems and when half my bathroom ceiling fell due to them they came several times to wreck my apartment (didnt even try to clean up after themselves) and i could have done a better patch job with duct tape and toothpaste.

and the door buzzer never works right...still to this day as I do still have a couple friends there (thats been 5 years)...i will say they FINALLY got another company to be the laundry service because the last one was old crappy machines that always broke.
