Where would you like me to begin with all of the problems I have had...and I have only lived here for 15 months. First, the a/c broke three times during the summer of 2007. The "maintenance" controls when the a/c can be turned on (it was turned on until the middle of June in 2007). It was 85 degrees outside and 95 degrees in our apartment. Even though everyone complained, no one listened. Also, I was nine months pregnant during this time, and for some reason that wasn't considered an emergency (if you have ever been pregnant, you know where I am coming from). So, in October 2007, after my son was already born, I put in a "work order" for heat. That "work order" was not complete until the middle of March 2008. Also, having an infant, that wasn't an emergency. We were told to go buy space heaters. After the "maintenance" came to look at the unit, it was discovered that the WHOLE ENTIRE heating unit was missing. So, they ordered another one. Once it got here, two weeks later, it was the wrong one. Anyway, by the time they came to install it, it was 85 degrees outside. PERFECT TIME TO USE THE HEAT. The washer and dryer costs $1.50 each. Hope you have a money tree. Them people upstairs, who are no more than 150 pounds, sound like the circus. Good luck if you get someone a little overweight or god forbid obese. The office staff are the worst. They have no idea what they are doing. They seen like they are five and fresh out of kindergarden!!! They tend to lose your rent and then charge you for the "unpaid" rent, late charges, and legal fees. They allow pit bulls on the premises, even though they say they don't. Even though we have complained numerous times, they continue to do nothing about it. Good luck with the corporate office. I can proudly say that I will be relocating in two weeks. This will be one of the best days of my life. These apartments are not worth the price, head ache, or upset. It wouldn't be wasting your time if you took time to find another place. Please, take my word, especially if you have young ones, pay the extra $50.00 to get a better place. You will thank yourself and I!
P.S. This place isn't very safe. About two weeks ago, two helicopters and about twenty police were looked for an old drunk guy who attempted to rape and kidnap and 15 year old girl about 50 feet from our apartment. And, my husband had to save someone's life in the apartment below us. He was dead on the living room floor from a heroin overdose. Real nice to have you kids around. And they do adequate background checks''' False, this guy AND his girlfriend were previous felons, drug dealers, and WERE CURRENTLY WANTED BY THE POLICE!!! Some background check!

I agree 100%. This was a terrible place to live! We had all these same problems and waited forever to get them fixed. You can get much better place and service elsewhere for the same cost. So HAPPY to be out of that nightmare!
