I currently reside in Canterbury and after reading these reviews i am shocked. I have had no major problems while here. I live on the 3rd floor so i guess i don't have to worry about people being noisy above me. Also i have never seen a roach or mice, however the ants are pretty bad in early spring, but it has gotten better. Maintenance does take there time coming out to fix things but 85% of apartment complexes are that way. I guess i could say that i am satisfied, the laundry facilities are a little expensive but otherwise I really cant complain. The only thing that upsets me is that the price of a two bdrm/2bthrm is now going for same rate that i paid for me 2bdrm/1bth when i moved in. However, my rent was only raised $15 after a year.

You just took some weight off of my mind! I am moving into one of those two bedroom two bath apartments next month! I had close relatives that lived there for a year in a two bed 1 bath and they liked it very much. They moved when they bought a house. I don't think people always give an accurate view of apartments on this site. Yours seems balanced and reasonable.
