Hello, I'm about to move in the apartments there in about 2-3 weeks! Anybody have any advice for me..positive/negative'' I would love to get some feed-back from people who already reside there! Thanks and I hope that I get the hear back from some of you!!

We're moving to the newer apartments on Livia Ct. maybe I'll be near your Grandma. I have my elderly mom with me too. We are used to apartment living. So unless there is something REALLY wrong we probably have dealt with it before. The one thing I really don't like is extremely loud neighbors. You know the kind with the giant stereos? But regular normal sounds don't bother me too much. And bugs are anywhere you live. My nephew and his wife lived in an apartment on Abigail and they liked it a lot. They only moved because they bought a house. So yeah I'd like a little more feedback too. Not just from the whiners.

I'll be honest, the caterbury apartments are a joke. I won't go into the super ridiculous whining, but the leasing office is very rude, unorganized. The maintenance sucks and leave your apartment a mess when they're done doing what needs to be done. The only good part is the neighbors are all pretty helpful and friendly. The noise is an issue at times, not exagerating to just complain. There was a mouse problem in my building, it didn't get into my apartment thank goodness, but two of the tenants below me had to get an exterminator to come in, and thats not the first mouse story I've heard. I live on paula place, I also took one of the non-modern/updated apartments so maybe thats why i've had a lot of problems but I doubt it, I've heard the same things from people in the newer ones. But yes, it is a great community neighbor wise, everyone is really nice. The actual apartment employees are not nice, they are rude and can't do anything right (in my opinion) Yes it could be much much worse, but it should also be much much nicer for the price that you have to pay. All in all I say it's just not worth the money. Thanks for listening and I hope you have a better experience than I have had!

I lived at 9102 Abigail Rd and had problems with squirrels and rats.

Well I thank you Mr./Mrs. Anonymous! Are there any newer buildings on Abigal Rd. Or does anyone have anything to say bad/good about Abigal road?? That's where Im going! And your right about the price, it is high for a one bedroom, there charging me 803/month! I could get a two bedroom. But Im on short notice to find a place.sooo. But about the mice thing.that's ANYWHERE ya go really. Like I said just as long as they don't have roaches..lol..I'm great! And so far..I mean I havent signed my life away on the lease but so far jami and ellan have been super nice. But sometimes ya get the "being nice" thing to get you in there..then once your in the ----- comes out in them..ha!ha! And the noise..I can understand but not a lot of nosie right..How about the hospital being there can you constinatly hear the abulance <~~(spelling is wrong i know) ???? Again I thank you for all the great feedback..maybe Ill keep looking around just in case. But to be honest Canterbury has far less "bad" review than a lot of others in baltimroe county! I know they said oak grove has drug dealers and people having sex in the laundry room and fox hall they spilt the heat and water bill between everone in the community, so if you dont use that much heat or water your still gonna be paying a lot for it!! Im telling ya peopl read some of these other review at other apartment communites..It makes canterbury look like an awesome place to live..ha!ha!! Check it out!! Well thank again!! Keep posting people good or bad..thanks guys..The days are counting down, im depending on you guys who lived there!!! thanks!!!!
