My husband and I spent a delightful 9 months at The Cecil, from the time we arrived in Baltimore, until we moved out of state. The entire staff was unfailingly kind and helpful; problems were taken care of virtually the next day; the other tenants we met were friendly. We were also able to rent extra storage space in the building and reserved parking for a nominal monthly fee. We would both unreservedly recommend this apartment home to anyone who wishes to live in Baltimore City.
