From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/29/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002 1 response   I lived on the 7th floor of these highrises. The elevators were always broke, the tentants children hung out in the emergency stairwell and front lobby. There was always a smell on the first floor from the trash shoot. I loved my apartment however highrise living just wasn't for me.
