First of all, it is people like you who look at the facade and are fooled, admittedly just like I was. Of course I think that this site is reserved for people who have ACTUALLY lived in the building to be able to effectively give an HONEST rating. You doing a walk through in the middle of the day when people are at work is not just cause to give it such a good rating. The pool is crumbling - had you taken a closer look. The upgrades are cosmetic - but it doesnt help alleviate any of the noise from your neighbors or keep the water running during the day or the fact that you can't get maintenance to fix your problem right the first time (if they come at all). Try coming to the building after the sun goes down and see all the hoodlums hanging around waiting to get let up in the elevator or how dark it is when you arrive at the complex. Tell me how safe you will feel then? Please do not take this as a personal attack but I think that you should come back to this site after you have lived here for some time and then see if you feel the same way about your "wonderful home and management"..
