i have lived here for about a year and what i observed and live with is this.....new company entered just as i moved in..okay. Lots of people moving out, not a lot moving in....huge increase on the rent, office staff switched around, water turned off every other day, millions of -------- busting into my house, maintenance is terrible, management is slow with getting maintenance to do repairs, property manager is a freaky drunk (valentimes party for residents...lay off the drinks-you got a image to portray)new funny looking leasing girl thats never there on saturdays at 10 when i need something and i have to be to work by 11,and who is seeing the maintenance supervisor...it gets better, and who sits at her desk when she is late on saturdays like he knows something. It had to be at least 5 times, assistant manager need to put some foot in somebody's butt, she's hardly there anyway.....some new company..I wont be renewing..

WOW what is your apartment # the property manager I saw at the party was having a good time but a freaky drunk !!! you need to gett out more Mrs anonymous. I moved here 6 months ago and I am paying a little more then $800 for a 1bedroom so do you call that a huge increase ? You might find something cheaper in the getto and I am sure they will welcome you back when your lease is up. From what I am told they want a New class of people that can afford the rent anyway. see yah
