Not all that great.....Some of these reviews must be from management!

If you are new to the area and want to live in the city, I suggest you need to keep looking.

I, like most of the residence at Centerpoint are from out of town and did not know much about Baltimore before moving.

I, like many of the residence at Centerpoint that I have talked with, will probably NOT be renewing my lease.

First of all, I have nothing bad to say about the managment.

I don't believe they are great or go out of their way to make you feel special....they just do their jobs...nothing more, nothing less.

I cannot say that they have ever been rude to me.

The actual apartment itself is nice, because its new....its always nice when it's new.

The area is not great at all! It is not in a good neighborhood.

I wouldn't walk around alone.

There are alot of homeless people that you have to pass by to get around.

Since it is surrounded by bus stops...you really don't see the best of Baltimore when you walk around.

They say they are trying to revitalize the area, but I haven't seen it yet.

There are no nice resturants within walking distance....unless you walk a few blocks to get to the harbor.

I am not saying the revitalization won't come....I just won't be around to see it.

You have to pay extra for parking....but I stopped complaining about that...I guess that is just an extra price to pay for living in the city....but you don't get an assigned spot.
Overall, I would probably have to say no.

But if you just must live in the city and don't know where else to go, then you could probably stand it for maybe a year....to get use to the city and the area.
