I moved into Centerpoint apartments two weeks after it opened in August of 2004. While I think $795 is a bit much for a studio apartment (since I moved here from a small college town in Texas where everything is dirt cheap), I realized that this is not an outrageous price for living in the city. Every new apartment complex has its problems, but these small inconveniences shortly subsided, at least in the building that I live in (Paramount), which I think is the best building at Centerpoint. I rarely hear any noise, the maintenance is on the ball, the management is excellent, professional, and accomodating, and I really enjoy living here. One added plus is the free weekly happy hour. While it kind of sucks to have to pay extra for parking, I feel like my car is safe, and it is definitely convenient having the garage right in the center of the block where I don't have to go out onto the street to get to my car. Unless you are an extremely fussy person who loves to complain about everything and anything (which there is almost nothing to complain about), you would probably enjoy living here at Centerpoint.
