So Far So Good

I just moved in about a month and a half ago with my girlfriend, and really enjoy this place. I commute to College Park for school, and it's proximity to 95 and 295 make this place much more enjoyable to drive from than Fells Point or Canton. Additionally, we had damage caused by movers, and a few hot/cold water problems at the beggining of our stay fixed the next day. The people in the office are very nice, and seem quite willing to hlep. The place is not perfect, with outside noise (but you are living in the middle of the city), and a few unsavory characters on the Fayette, and Howard sides. However, if you just leave the apartment on the Baltimore Street side it's not a problem. Maybe I'm spoiled living here after crappy college and London apartments, but I think many of the criticisms on here are unfounded. This is a great place to stay if you want to live in the city.
