I got a great rent special and free parking for a year which was way better than any of the other complexes I looked at around the harbor area. I like my view and have met cool neighbors too. Wish we had a pool but I guess that's rare in the city. Staff is nice (and good looking) and the maintenance people do a good job and right away.
