Would not Recommend It

I have been at Centerpoint for about six months and its been overall a bad experience. There is constant construction. There are ropes hanging outside my window and my windows are taped shut to prevent the fumes and dust from getting in. They still DO! The back entrance is constantly blocked by construction vehicles and a huge construction mess. During the months of August and September there were at least five to six times I woke up with no hot water and was told it was due to "the construction." The air conditioning was the same way, it was either not working at all, or ice cold. Then the bills from the submetering company were over $100.00 a month for utilties, not including electric, for a one bedroom place. And if you do not like dogs stay away or even if you do and don't want others' dogs jumping on you and a hallway and elevator that constantly smells like pet urine. This place is a dog haven.
I will say the staff is friendly and they do respond to maintenance concerns very promptly. I have lived at Bozzuto before and have always had a great experience. Maybe in a few years this place will be good, but right now I would not recommend it.
