Cool building in the ghetto!

I lived here for a short time on business.
The staff was helpful with my move-in and maintainance staff was extremely helpful, especially the blond guy.
I lived at the top of the tower in a nice apartment.
The upgrades were great.
I liked having someone at the front desk who was so nice and helpful.
The parking garage should have some reserved spots for residents, though.
The complex was great, but the location is terrible.
I felt scared at times looking out the window.
But its a cool place for young people to live.
There are a lot of dogs, but not a lot of mess.
I think that the happy hour was a great way to meet neighbors.
This place will be awesome in years when the neighborhood is cleaned up more.
