Some Major Problems Here

The apartments themselves are nice but:
1.
The concierge stinks, she comes in whenever she feels like it, and there's no back-up for when she's not there.
2.
Security is really bad.
My car was broken into in the garage, and when security was alerted, they didn't even contact me to let me know!
3.
The garage isn't safe
4.
Despite being open for several years, the building is STILL under construction.
My windows were painted over, allowing no light in, for a week and a half while they were doing work!!
5.
There's no 24 desk attendant, as all other buildings in Centerpoint's price range/class have, so don't think you can have a party, unless you want to keep running downstairs to let all your guests in
6.
Worst of all, the staff is not responsive to inquiries about these problems.
They get defensive instead of looking for solutions
7.
Maintenance is good, they've always been very responsive and get things fixed right away
