Not Worth the Price

This place is very pricey and you don't get too much for what you pay except a convenient downtown location. The neighborhood is unsafe but the building has good security and most of the residents are decent people. There is constant contruction which proved to be a huge eye sore and hindered the whole moving process with the garage being crowded enough as it is. The parking is not assigned so very inconvenient for monthly payers during events in the city. There are limited spots right outside the elevators so transporting groceries, moving, etc... was a nightmare. The building is new, so everything is clean and well maintained and the walls were pretty thick. Only noise you will hear is from outside construction. The gym and business center were always crowded, espcecially with a lot of residents being grad students, but these were still great resources to have in the complex. The staff is pretty friendly, especially Marlena. It's overall a nice place to live, but not worth the price, despite the location-- considering traffic still gets bad with the Arena and Camden Yards being a walk away.

I lived there for 2 years and this review is pretty much right on, except the construction is even a more major pain in the arse. The noise and inconvenience is TERRIBLE. And, the office staff is pretty bad -- they are friendly, but not very bright.
