I just feel great now that my lease is over and I just moved out of this place.

Lots of problems with this place.

The elevator always smells of dog poop and pee.

The management is way too tolerant of pet owners who dont give a damn about where their pet does it! Just a courtesy letter once in a while and thats it.

Also there were more than a couple car break-ins INSIDE the garage.

Safety-wise its a nightmare, but thats true of most of the downdown I guess.

Management staff is very average.

I think most of the positive postings here are from them.

Overall...waste of money!
