The reviewer must be an employee for southern management because this same review is listed on some of their other properties. I must say that centerpoint is an ok building, it can be very noisy and the crowd outside waiting for the light rail can be annoying and scary at times. There are also huge rats in the alleyway next to the building. The staff is very nice. You can do better but if you have no other options it is a decent place to stay in.
