Centerpoint is way too expensive for what it offers. The cheapest carpet, most basic appliances and fixtures, the staff is ok, but not when you consider the price, which is $1320 plus parking for a 680sf apartment in a bad neighborhood. The management is very reactionary and they like to write threatening, tactless letters about dog poo not being picked up. I would pay $800 for this apartment, but $1320 is waaaay to much.
