Not worth it.....

I have lived in Centerpoint for about a year and a half. I would have moved at the end of my first year but some extenuating circumstances made that impossible (especially with the 60 days notice you are required to give them.) Management is horrible. They claim "sales and service" are their #1 priorities - however, only the sales portion seems to be of any interest to them. The parking garage is extremely overpriced but they can charge whatever they want, as street parking is all metered. I have only had my air filter changed once, the dryer exhaust has NEVER been cleaned, the plumbing is horrendous, and you get to fall asleep to the sound of bass blasting from drug dealer's cars. The windows were "replaced" about a year ago, with the same crappy single-pane glass that offers no heat retention whatsoever. When a bus goes by, the windows rattle in their tracks. Don't think about picking up your packages after 6 pm, unless you want to be scolded by a security guard and don't even think about walking around the area by yourself (at night or during the day). My advice - don't move to Baltimore city but if you must live there - don't live in Centerpoint.

Baltimore City is terrible....I feel your pain. When my lease ends I am OUT of here. Centerpoint also does not help, I lived there a year. BAD in every way.
