A Terrible Place to Live

After living in this apartment complex for 2.5 years I am free! I liked the area and wanted to support the Westside Redevelopment process. However, the building is so poorly & cheaply constructed there was always something broken. For instance, elevators, in the high rise, that took 2-3 weeks to fix. Computers that are broken for weeks. Current owners/management are extremely non professional. All they want is your $$$ and as they increase rents they decrease amenities (not that there were many to begin with...)They are rude, less than forthcoming with pertinent information and very none professional in dealing with residents. There is a very high rate of unoccupied apartments as people who have lived there a while seldom renew. This once was a nice community of solid & professional people but most are moving out. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to live. I have relocated within the immediate area and am quite content. It is nice to be treated as if your presence, and willingness to pay very high rent, is respected and appreciated. You will not find this at Centerpoint.
