You know you have a 30 day move out gurantee if you don't like it and you don't think you had enough time to look around. Additionally, I would talk to the Manager directly as I know she is trying to clean house of any unprofessionalism.

Hey management - nice try. This was obviously posted by one of Centerpoint's employees. Who wants to move into an apartment and then turn around and move out a month later? Enough tenants have already been treated like crap and it's going to take a lot of "cleaning up" for you to actually get some happy residents and former residents to recommend this place.
