Avalon Centerpoint is awesome. You get a huge amount of space with all the amenities of The Zenith or Redwood but for a lower cost. For the same size apartment that I have now The Zenith wanted $2300 per month. The staff is great and the maintenance responds really fast. Everyone is very professional and pleasant. If you like city life than Avalon Centerpoint is definately it. They always send you these cute little memos that tell you what's happening around town and when there are alot of events so that you can prepare for the traffic. The building and lobbies are always clean. They also have a service for you to drop your dry cleaning off with the conceriege desk. As for everyone that has complained, you can't make everyone happy. People only use this site when thier mad. Someone probably told them something that they didn't want to hear. Avalon is excellent. Last but not least, there is always parking in the garage. Even during major events. The 7th floor in the garage os always empty and when there is a huge event the garage staff stay late to help direct traffic.

Just one more thing. In the tower you cannot hear your neighbors at all. When you shut all of your windows you can't even hear anything outside. I have livedin 2 other apartments and I still own a home and this has been my favorite place I have had so far.
