Charles & Blackstone Apartments

A Dump From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/26/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   These apartments are disgusting, very old and not well-maintained. The hallways are dirty and the elevator is very old, creepy and slow. I took a tour with the leasing office and got out of there as fast as I could. The leasing office staff was very apathetic and unprofessional.
