Good place for the right situation

Me and two roommates (all Hopkins students) rented a 1 bedroom with den for less than $1,600 a month. One guy lives in the bedroom, I have the den, and the third guy has his bed in the atrium. For about $500/month for each of us, this isn't a bad deal at all, and it is right across campus. If you don't go to school here or work at the hospital, though, it's probably not going to fulfill your desires.
Don't rent an A/C by the way...you can get a better one at a better price at any Best Buy.
