Positives:
large studio
"free" utilities
safe building
very quite

Negatives:
rude staff
little cockroaches
trash smell
Maintence staff stole a lamp from my apartment!

This apartment is ok for the price if you need to be close to the downtown area. It's one of the safer and cleaner places in the downtown area. But nicer places can be found....
