I lived in the Towers a few years ago under both Apartment Services and Southern Management. A/C is a problem on the upper floors - it is the way the system was designed back in the '60s. It is a bit overpriced, but everything in downtown Baltimore is.
The rooms are a bit soul-less, but what can you expect from a 60's International Style high rise' If you want frilly, do a townhouse in Mt Vernon. Stark, minimalist, zen-like - metal and black leather or lots of blonde wood.
The kitchen is small in the 1 br, but when you live downtown, you eat out.
The pool is nice, the view is great.
