ROACHES and that's not the worst...

This is absolutely the worst place I have lived. The roach problem required weekly visits by the exterminator. Prior to moving in, I specifically inquried about this and the leasing manager promptly denied it. I've been staying at a local hotel about twice a month to alleviate the trauma of living here and am only too happy for the lease to end soon.
The water is often rusty and requires few seconds running before it clears. Faucets become leaky and require servicing. Service people come into your apartment at times without leaving a written notice but rather major carpet stains.
Windows are single-paned super cheapos... you can feel the breeze few feet away from the window.
Heavy cigarrete smoke from the hallways fill your apartment. I had to sleep with the windows open during winter just to ventilate my apartment from all the toxic odors coming from the hallway.
