Personally, I think the nice or pleasant reviews (the few) are false. They are written by someone on staff at Charles Towers. I wouldn't be surprised if it even goes up to Southern Management. I am a big listener of talk radio and I recently heard a bit of news about Southern Management, wanna know what it was' Apparently Southern Management has been warned about their properties in PG county and the crime elements that live in them. It was quickly hushed by someone at SMC, probably the same person that wrote the pleasant reviews here.

The building is roach infested and it has nothing to do with the cleanliness in one person's apartment, it has to do with the filth in the trash rooms and in the basements of these buildings. When I moved in I thought I saw a rat in the corner of my eyes, and I know I definately saw more than one mouse in their docking areas.

The only thing pleasant about my stay at Charles Towers has been the front desk attendants. The rest of the "business staff" lacks a certain understanding and finesse.
