Well, read these reviews carefully. It is obvious that the "good" reviews are that of someone that works for Charles Towers or Southern Management. It sounds like that of someone that works their, but the "bad" reviews, they sound like some residents that have truly had an experience not favorable to Charles Towers. Southern Management as a whole is an okay company, but Charles Towers is truly a S***hole. They are investing so much money into the outside construction of the building, they should have really paid more attention to the apartments and made upgrades to the cabinets, trashchutes, windows, and bathrooms. i guess they are banking on making Charles Towers the "place" to live...whatever...they are a joke. It's obvious that they can't stop the crappy reviews with good customer service so they make up good reviews.
