I have been a resident at Charles Towers for 3 years now and I have to say that I have NO complaints at all.
The management team (Candy & Stacey) have been present, engaging and considerate whenever I have had a concern or a need. I recently brought a situation to a managers attention and she had it addressed with a few hours! Thats a good thing folks.
The office staff (Wendy, Rose, Dominique)have been pleasant and friendly. Not just "Hey, How are you, let me sell you something". They have appeared vested in my journey from Graduate school on into the professional world. Even questioning, "How's your family doing", "Are you enjoying the City life...let me tell you about some locations you might like". In my mind that is a huge thing! Are you that engaging to people when you are at work' Maybe some of you but the majority of people that live in this building (The ones making all these childish statements) dont even speak when someone says hello.
Matinance staff All complications that I have had in my apartment have been addressed and corrected in a prompt and competent fashion.
FYI
- The team takes time out of their work day to participate in a tutoring program that assists lower functioning students in the Baltimore City Public School System.
- The team has also formed a partnership with the University of Maryland at Baltimore to donate their time and funding to allow inner city children, with behavioral and emotional difficulties, to participate in Summer Camp activites.
People, we live in the heart of the city! There are roaches and rats everywhere in this area! And yet I have only seen one roach in the 3 years since I have lived here... and that was in the garage!
And one lesson you should always remember...if you dont have something nice to say, then dont say anything at all...or better yet, just move out and take all of that negative, one sided, skewed logic with you!

I don't think anyone really cares what charitable things "the team" does when they are rude and ignorant to the tenants of the building. If they "the team" spent the time brushing up on their interpersonal skills that they did on obvious public relations ploys they might actually start acting human.
Also this is a site for praise and criticism. If you dont' like the negative reviews, then try improving your business rather than writing fake positive reviews that so obviously read as if written by corporate spokespeople.

I am considering moving to this building and I liked what I saw on the website. So far, any questions that I had have been answered promptly and courteously. I will be setting an appointment to see the property (should I request a second floor apartment?) and I look forward to seeing the place for myself.

The initial positive review is so much grossly misleading. Stacey is simply incompetent and Candy has the manners of a rhinoceros. Anyone moving here can expect that if your apartment is flooded or over-run by vermin, all you are going to get is having a member of the staff shout at you and demand that you increase your tenant's insurance. Southern Management should be ashamed of being associated with this place.
