not too shabby From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/29/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005 1 response   contrary to the venom spewed by most people on here, i have to say though a bit pricey (i am in one of the large luxury studios), this place is a decent place to live. i moved in summer 04 to start grad school and have no complaints other than about the elevators...they need to reprogram them to be more efficient. i have had numerous service requests, all filled within a day. low H2O pressure once or twice was easily fixed by a call to maintenance. all utilities paid for was nice, and decently cheap garage parking at $125 just across the street. the windows are a little thin so street noise can be present. but im also on the 2nd floor, so i imagine higher up this is not so much a problem. comparing prices to all other apt buildings in the area, this community definitely provided best location for price. again, i am only moving to reduce costs, not because of dissatisfcation with the community. i will say however, that the gym facilities leave much to be desired. but not a huge detraction in my eyes. ive lived in many similar apartment complexes other cities like pittsburgh and DC and found this to be one of the best.
