Think of an 85 degree apartment. In the middle of night. With the shades down. You will be paying premium money for that "luxury".
Think elevators broken down as the rule rather than the exception.
Think no parking or parking around $200 a month, with little to no security. Sell your car or get a 2nd job.
Think construction that goes on for months and months after the scheduled end... without ending.
Think the unfinished "improvements" making your rent go up at least $200 a month. Yes, you read that right, $200 a month rent increases.
Think snippy, rude office staff (though the maintenance staff and desk attendants are WONDERFUL).
Oh and add to all the "usuals" listed above, all kinds of surprise breakages... like poorly maintained sprinkle systems that flood several floors at a time.
Oh, the JOY of paying tons of money to live at Charles Towers!!!

Absolutely on target. The office staff is not merely dangerously incompetent and brazenly rude, they have the misapprehension that they are up to the tasks assigned them. In a word, they are STUPID! This place is among the worst in downtown Baltimore, ill-maintained, noisy, smelly, and filled with roaches. A dreadful hole.
