The antiquated "cooling" system not only doesn't bring the temperature down below 85 on extremely hot days, but also doesn't remove any humidity from the air (it's not a true a/c/ system). So expect your apartment to be hot and humid during a Baltimore summer. Though, for some reason the first floor where the offices are is very nice and cool.
The construction here continues to go *years* beyond the original plan. Everything is bumped a month into the future at regular intervals. Don't believe the fitness center will move (it was supposed to be done last October). Don't believe there will be a super market onsite in November. Add another year to that.
Also expect your rent to go up between 100 and 300 a month, despite the fact you are living in a very loud construction zone.
The hallways STINK horrible from the trash chute. It's great to have guests have to come through that smell on the way to your apartment. Very trashy and low-class.
Elevators continue to barely function.
The office staff continue to be surly and unhelpful, though the maintenance and desk staff continue to be wonderful.
