I have lived at CT for a few years. The main problem is that the buildings are old and the cost to bring them truly up to modern apt. standards does not make sense. So, instead of tearing the buildings down, Southern Mgmt. has decided to do little improvements here and there to try to keep the place habitable. It does not work. My main complaint is that the HVAC system is straight out of the 1960's and cannot keep up with Baltimore weather. Also, the buildings were constructed before the new fire safety codes went into effect. So, note the lack of sprinklers. Very dangerous. The main redeeming quality is that utilities are included and the rent is fairly cheap still (compared to many other places downtown). Also, the building is very quiet on the upper floors. All in all, there are better places to spend your time and money in Baltimore. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S

I just want to say this to you (and to many more) if it was sooooo bad...Why did you continue to live here 7 YEARS!!!!!!!!!! Seriously people. It may not have been a dream to you, but seriously. Get a life. Stop Complaining...its NOT that bad. Thank you.
