If you live in the South Tower you are protected by a sprinkler system. Unfortunately the sprinklers have been going off on their own lately and creating lots of flood and water damage. Have your insurance paid up because the management won't want to pay for the damage. Also they don't do much in the way of fixing the water damage in the hallways.

The renovations that were scheduled to be finished last summer, continue to drag on.

The memos and notices all over the building are usually filled with amusing grammar errors. You can have fun during the long waits for the slow, poorly programme elevators playing "find the error" with the signs on the walls.

I always wondered who the idiot was that corrected the errors and wrote silly comments on the signs...

This is true. The staff seems to be semi-illiterate.
