I lived at CT for 3 years and for the most part thought it was ok.

If you are a young professional, its a great affordable, safe place to live.

Walking distance places to eat, and go out around.

I didnt have a car when I moved in and the once a week shuttle to the grocery store was a good deal till I got a car.

I never had problems with maintenance, noise, staff, or anything like that.

Then again apart from the front desk staff (who were for the most part pleasant dont know about those weekeend security guards)and Rosa when I moved in 3 years ago I barely had any interaction with them.

All my concerns were addressed in good time.

The construction and constant entrance changes got irritating, and you have to pay additional for parking, or risk street parking and all the tickets that may involve.

I for the most part had great neighbours...didnt have to deal with anyone's noise.

I lived on a floor where most of my neighbours were young i.e.

under 26 and we were all comfortable..

The windows were scary especially that night of hurricane isabelle.

But I think overall this was a comfortable living place for a decent cost.
