Well, we had no hot water this morning again.

Not even slightly warm.

Just COLD.

This is happening more and more frequently.

Called the office and stopped by the front desk and got a bunch of "things break, get over it" attitude.

The office manager had one of her infamous screaming fits.

Meanwhile, the elevators break more and more often (and stay broken), the rent is going up like crazy (if you're dumb enough to renew your lease), and the building is surrounded by very LOUD construction that starts at 6 a.m., even on Saturdays.

Do NOT rent here.

You'll regret it.

People are obviously figuring this out because more and more apartments are staying empty.

From http://www.Southernmanagement.com, comes this wonderful description: "Charles Towers rises above the standard for apartment living and offers a luxurious "go anywhere, do anything" address that's close to Baltimore's Inner Harbor, Metro, MARC Trains, Light Rail, I-95 and more." Better still "We manage properties, but our business is people. We try hard to provide great places to live. Emphasizing employee growth and retention, ..."
