I rented here for the location; its a 10-15 min walk to inner harbor and only 7 mins from my work.

the rent for my 1BR is $860/mo including all utilities which is pretty good for Mt Vernon.

Parking in the underground garage is an add'l $145/mo.

Management is not very friendly and can be hard to deal with.

I heard they will try to stiff you on the deposit.
they renovated the lobby, which is nice, but the units are pretty old.

my carpet and appliances are definitely aging.
24h doorman service is nice, and almost all of them are pleasant and friendly.
all in all, live here for the convenience but otherwise you can probably find better.
