Charles Towers Apartments

Great location, not as terrible as all the reviews say From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/19/2006 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I lived here for a year (and change) from 2001 through the beginning of 2003, during the big renovation of the lobby and plaza. I never had any problem with maintenance or the office staff. No problems with my rent payment. No problems with lack of hot/cold water. All in all, I rather enjoyed my year here. My only complaint is that the heat and A/C for my studio apartment wasn't individually controlled so it sometimes got hot on certain spring days. The place definitely wasn't as bad (for me) as all these reviews make out...
