I live in the south tower. They're doing little repairs here and there to make it nice, but overall, it's not bad. The price is comparable or actually cheaper than anything for this size. The location is great, 2 blocks from the light rail and the metro. It's a nice walk to the inner harbor and federal hill. The people at the resident office are very rude while the ones for new residents are very nice. If you're looking for a 100% safe building, this is definitely not it but it's reasonable. Their shuttle runs to a few locations which is nice! I dont have a car but I really don't need one since some grocery stores deliver and Whole Foods is about 1.5 miles, a pleasant walk.
