If you lease here after reading these reviews then you only have yourself to blame. They convinently "dont have any free apartments to show" before you sign your lease. All you see is the beautifully renovated downstairs area. It is in a great location but that is about all that is going for this building. The staff is rude and belligerent. The heat doenst work well, and the place is falling apart. A word is enough for the wise...
