Charles Towers Apartments

Dont be fooled by outside appearance From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   Do not rent at Charles Towers. Yes, the downstairs looks nice, front desk staff nice to your face, grocery store next to building. However once inside your apartment it is old. My A/C didn't work all summer, and my heater in my room doesn't work (they said they could give me a space heater...GHETTO). The water is always luke warm and no pressure. Oh yes, today we enjoyed another Sunday evening FIRE ALARM (false alarm). When there is a real fire people are going to be INJURED because they are tired of going outside in in the cold every week. We have at least 3 fire alarms if not more per month. The staff is RUDE, especially the front office where you pay your rent. The leasing office is GREAT, thats how they get you in. The front desk staff is rude and one has her two sons playing in the lobby while on duty. Time to get a babysitter. Yes, the rent is resonable but the living conditions are not. My apartment as dirty when I moved in and everything has fallen apart.
