Why are you still living here if it's so bad??? Obviously, it isn't that bad if you have stayed for 3 yrs. You are being a little ridiculous. Oh and check the spelling in your review. You are the idiot! I love living here and was referred by my mother who I highly respect. I have been here for a long time, and it's not that bad at all. I take offense to your review. People like you should move out and leave people like me to live here and be happy. Get a life or move out!

I'm surprised to find out that I'm a member of the staff... odd... I must have blacked it out over the past three years.

Charles Towers staff needs to look at other apartment ratings. On other sites people don't argue with bad reviews, especially with rude stuffy like "People like you should move out and leave people like me to live here and be happy. Get a life or move out!" Usually they say "well, that's not my experience, I had a nice one."
Does charles towers just attract rude clientel? Nope. Most people are very nice here and I've never encountered a rude neighbor. I suggest that people read the ratings carefully and with some skeptism. If you believe the ratings you must also believe that there is some sort of angry war between tenants over how awesome or not awesome the place is.
I've given this place an okay review, a positive review - not the wonderful review that management gives. I've been to many apartments and I've rated it how I saw fit but when there was another rating I never thought I had to defend it - why should I care what strangers think of the place? If my home is nice and they are friends or family, they will see how nice it is for themselves other than seeing some silly site.
But, I guess I would care if I worked there and it impacted my business. Or if a friend or family member worked there and it impacted their business....
Stacy and everyone else, please let the bad reviews fly. read them, and move on. We know what's ridiculous and what's not. If you find a hint of constructive criticism in there, take it. Ask Southern Management to consider new windows. Maybe be a little nicer to your tenants. I see few people criticizing the front desk or maintenance. They are always sweet. Maybe you could take a tip from them.

I dont live at Charles Towers anymore and I am VERY HAPPY in my new apartment now. Its amazing how two apartment complexes run by the same management company can be so different. I now live at Park Charles and its has been quiet, cold in the summer (now thats a change), and they have a professional, friendly, outgoing and positive staff that have met all of my needs and more! Maybe Park Charles employees should train Charles Towers on customer service! Come check out Park Charles you will love it!
