Management Can't Take Constructive Feedback

I can't believe that someone would not want to make their community and their job a better place. The manager takes things too personally when you try to let her know your disappointments in the property. The rest of her staff is just the same, and she is in a position to set a better example. There are places where you will see change with constructive feedback, but not here, it's been a year and it's still the same hell I found out it was 9 months ago. She should go work for the Bush Administration, she has herself fooled that Charles Towers is okay. Wake up Lady!!!! half of your residents stay only because its dirt cheap, the other half because they haven't realize it yet...Charles Towers will be the one they talk about once they own a house or rent a better apartment and think about the days they had to slum it. My recommendation to anyone looking to rent here is to think twice, the economy may be bad, but this place is the projects for people that work.

This pretty much says it all. And from complaints I have heard from other residents they are also raising the rents without explanation so this place is fast becoming an expensive slum as well as a badly managed one. What I don't understand is how Southern Management lets a place fall into the hands of people so badly equipped to run it?
