Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
 
* Common areas look nice, but actual apartments are outdated and dirty;

* Staff is terribly rude, inconsiderate, incompetent and unhelpful;

* Have not a met a single resident who enjoys living there;

* Vagrants hang out on the Liberty Street side of the building.
