My overall experience of Coldspring Station was not a good one. I was misled by the leasing agent to believe that regular pest control was done. This proved to be incorrect and any efforts that had been made to handle the out of control situation were unsuccessful. Parking close to your apartment is a JOKE and there is not adequate lighting in the parking lot. In the end, I only stayed for 2 months, long enough to find a new place and get the heck out of there.
