I am currently a resident of Coldspring Stations. I have only lived here for 6 months and my apartment been **BURGLARIZED** twice in two months in 2008. You call and tell them about the problem they act like they don't care. I guess they figure it's not theirs, so who cares. The neighbors in my unit is ignorate. I called on them plenty of times, so I took matters into my own hands. We got into it plenty of times because they jump over top of your head like they are a child (they have no kids). I'm just tired of my stuff getting stolen. For a minute I thought the maintenance people had something to do with it because it became to frequently and they way they cut the window to get in. I still don't take it past them. I don't let them in unless I am home to let them in because I don't trust them. I think all the bottom floors should have some type of alarm and be much more secure than they are now. Plus the only problem I have with the complex I'm living in is that the door is not secure enough and the bells do not work. Don't get me wrong the apartments are nice on the inside, aleast I think mine is because I had everything new when I moved in. I had that it's not enough light on the out side. When it rain my apartment gets wet because of the crack on the base boards and slugs be coming through. I think that is so nasty.
