I moved to Coldspring despite the reviews I read online thinking that they were isolated incidents. I WAS WRONG!!!

THIS PLACE IS INFESTED!!!! The mice run this complex. I called corporate about the mice. Two weeks later, a woman showed up and all she did was look behind my refrigerator. She put 4 glue traps down and left. These are no ordinary mice. They run all over your countertops no matter what time of the day it is. The will get caught on the traps but they have nests everywhere so it doesn't really help. I would find holes and stuff it will aluminum and metal and they would create new ones. They poop everywhere and it is a full time job trying to keep the the house cleart of droppings. HOW EMBARRASSING'!! The rental office could care less.

They have a different person in the office every few months. There are always children in the rental office when you need to talk to them , which is distracting. Their computer system is always "down." They ahve 5-6 people living in a unit and I only had 2, but I had to split the water bill with everyone in the building. They split the water bill according to who is legally in each from the lease. NOT FAIR!! People run daycare centers out of their apartment which naturally runs up the water bill. WHY AM I PAYING FOR EVERYONE'S WATER'! They never fix anything on time.

AND DON'T GET CABLE!! The people in the building steal your cable and mess with the connections. So I am paying for it. They are stealing it and I have to call Comcast every other week because they knocked my service out by splitting the cables to their apartment.

The kids are loud and don't take care of the property. The security doors don't lock. They give a key and the doors don't lock. Sometimes they just swing open. The buzzers in your unit to let people in the main door are broken.

The walls are thin so you hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing.

One time, someone got shot and there was blood splatter on the concrete on the path leading all the way to the back apartments. Do you think maintenence cleaned it up' NO! They left it there for days. It was stained for soooooo long. What a wonderful reminder when your walking that a man was shot. CARELESS!

I heard from other neighbors that they were robbed multiple times. They believed it was the maintenance men.

They say that they don't accept pets but everyone has cat or a dog.

There are SO MANY stray cats. They hang around everywhere and sleep in the hallways and on your patio.

RATS! RATS! RATS! Need I say more'

There is tow truck that hunts for cars to take in the parking lot.

YOU NEVER GET ALL YOUR MAIL! Don't be surprised if your neighbor has it and has not said anything.

It is so dangerous to walk in the parking lots. Pizza delivery guys will NOT come to your door. You have to meet them in the parking lot to get your food. They get robbed too.

Tha laundry facility SUCKS!!! There is one washer and one dryer in some buildings! Sometimes it takes your money and random people move your clothes.

Drug dealers and addicts reside here.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Its terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
