I'd like to start off by making an observation on the overall quality of the staff here at Cresmont:

Vikki (Leasing Specialist) - Although her title is well deserved, it doesn't even begin to touch on how important Vikki is to the successful operation of Cresmont. Vikki exudes empathy, professionalism, character, wisdom, and even more importantly; she's a wicked salesman!

Derrick (Maintenance) - Derrick is just an awesome fella. Not only is he able to fix/respond to your issues decisively and promptly, he does so with friendly, intelligible mannerisms! In short, Derrick is the kinda guy you'd like to have over, light-up some cigars, and pick his brain.


Quality of the apartments:

The apartments are excellent, especially for Hopkins students (considering Homewood is only 2 blocks away. Spacious rooms, modern kitchens/appliances, and WASHER/DRYER INSIDE EACH UNIT! Cresmont lies within the Hopkins security bubble, which provides you the option of taking the Hopkins security escort, which is definitely a bonus! Safety isn't really an issue, as there is a police substation in close vicinity. The construction of the apartments is excellent; the cinder block design acts to retain temperature very well, which keeps summers cool and winters warm. Overall, I'd highly recommend Cresmont to anyone who was looking for a home in Baltimore; as the combination of the friendly staff, and high quality composition of the apartments certainly do provide a home-like environment that anyone would be relieved to hang their hat.
